Savage loses domain suit

Right-wing radio commentator (is there any other kind?) Michael Savage has lost his lawsuit claiming domain name infringement against www.savagestudpidity.com. The ruling stated, "Internet users would not confuse Respondentís domain name with Complainantís mark because the addition of the term ěstupidityî indicates that the disputed domain name has no affiliation with Complainantís mark."
